It's free, takes a couple of minutes, and there's no exclusivity, posting quota, or follower minimum. We look for a real channel whose audience cares about health, medications, supplements, or nutrition. A person reads every application, usually within a few days, so a sentence about who actually follows you beats a pasted media kit.
