Partner Program Terms

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These terms govern the Tavita partner program — the creator and affiliate program run by Tavita OPC ("Tavita", "we"). By applying for, accepting, or using a partner code, you agree to them.

1. Joining the program

You apply by email; we review every application and accept partners at our discretion. Joining is free — no fees, no follower minimum, and no exclusivity in either direction: you can promote other products, and we work with other partners. You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction and able to receive payouts via PayPal or Wise.

2. Your code and how tracking works

On acceptance you get a unique partner code. Referrals are attributed by that code alone: a subscriber types it inside the Tavita app when they subscribe. There are no tracking links and no cookies, so there is no attribution window to expire — but it also means a subscription without your code entered is not attributable, and we can't add it after the fact. Codes remain Tavita's property and give your audience the discount shown on the program page.

3. Commissions

4. The store-remittance hold and refunds

A commission becomes payable once the app store has actually paid us for that sale: Google Play remits a month's sales the following month; Apple pays on its own fiscal calendar (roughly five weeks after each of its fiscal months ends). A commission clears when its store's payment reaches us and goes out at the next payout run. If a subscription is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the matching commission is deducted from your balance; in the rare case a refund lands after a payout, it nets against your future commissions. Your dashboard shows pending and cleared amounts separately.

5. Payouts

6. Disclosure — required, not optional

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your code or promote Tavita, in line with the FTC's Endorsement Guides and any equivalent rules where your audience lives (for example "#ad", or "I earn a commission if you subscribe with my code"), placed where it's seen before the audience acts — not buried below the fold or in a bio nobody opens. Partners who won't disclose can't stay in the program.

7. Promoting a health app honestly

Tavita is a supplement and nutrition tracking app. It is not a medical device. When you promote it, you must never:

8. Ending the partnership

Either side can end the partnership at any time, with or without reason — email us, or we'll email you. On an ordinary termination, commissions already earned are still paid once the app store has remitted them, and the $50 minimum is waived for the final payout. Termination for fraud or for violating sections 6–7 forfeits unpaid commissions. After termination your code stops attributing new referrals.

9. The legal backstop

The program is provided "as is"; to the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavita OPC's total liability under the program is capped at the commissions owed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, where Tavita OPC is registered, except where mandatory local law gives you additional rights. If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and flag material changes in the dashboard or by email; continuing to use your code after a change accepts it.

10. Your data as a partner

Running the program requires us to hold some data about you: your name and email, payout details (your PayPal or Wise account), the information in your application, and your commission ledger (referrals attributed to your code, amounts earned, and payout history). We use it to run the program, pay you, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We keep it for as long as the partnership is active, plus however long financial records must be retained by law afterward. To see what we hold, request a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it, email support@tavita.app.
